Effectief onderhandelen

Met lege handen na het onderhandelen? Sfeer verpest door te straffe houding? Achterban ontevreden na de onderhandeling? Onderhandelen is een samenspel van meerdere krachten. Hierin heeft u zelf meer invloed op de resultaten dan vaak gedacht. Vanuit de ander denken en in de win-win-win komen zijn termen die er vaak bij komen kijken. De basis van het geheel ligt in het ruilen, wat kun je met elkaar delen en uitruilen. Soms is het makkelijker dan het lijkt. Ook ervaren?

Training Effectief Onderhandelen

Onderdelen van de training zijn:

  • de verschillende krachtenvelden van onderhandelen (h)erkennen;
  • een beter resultaat weten te bereiken door bewust met inhoud en relatie om te gaan;
  • het win-win uitgangspunt hanteren als basis voor onderhandelingen met duurzame relaties;
  • creatiever onderhandelen;

Kortom een goede basis krijgt in het onderhandelen. Namelijk veel onderhandelen en het proces leuk beginnen te vinden. Immers als je samen komt tot resultaten dan betekent het dat je samen verder komt.

Na de training

De training effectief onderhandelen zorgt ervoor dat de deelnemer:

  • het onderhandel proces kent;
  • zichzelf bewust wordt van de eigen kracht en kansen;
  • gericht is op een win-win in de onderhandeling, een duurzame relatie;

Kortom een compleet geheel.

Praktisch

Er zijn twee soorten training:

  • Powersessie voor grote groepen (tot 70 personen), duur 2 uur – € 850,-
  • Intensieve training (tot 16 deelnemers) van een dagdeel (8 uur) – € 1.450,-

Bovenstaande bedragen zijn exclusief btw en reiskosten.
