Leiders zijn daarin ook niet altijd zachte heelmeesters. Het zijn meer de visionairs die met mooie ideeën komen en vernieuwing brengen. Leiders zorgen ervoor dat het ook uitgevoerd wordt. Tijd dus om leiderschap in te zetten in ondernemingen, not for profit omgeving en privé.
Leiderschap is ook loslaten en laten gebeuren. Ook al heb je je bedenkingen. En activeren als er geen voorwaartse beweging in zit.
